" I have dedicated my life to providing a safe space in which people can retreat from their lives - whether for an hour, a day or an extended stay. The way in which I offer this has changed over the years, but the spirit in which I do so remains the same. My commitment to having my own guide along the way has been imperative - both for accountability & personal growth. I am a certified Spiritual Director, have a degree in Psychology & Spirituality, & am a member of Spiritual Directors International. I have been immersed in various types of meditation, mindfulness and contemplative practices for over twenty five years. I am a graduate of and mentor for Sage Institute for Creativity & Consciousness in Taos, New Mexico. I love to create, write, share & encourage others to play with forms of creative expression. I am thrilled to collaborate with other facilitators who are deeply grounded in their own traditions & profession." ~ Bonnie
